Online Data Access Process

Use the on-line form to submit requests for data to the EuRRECa/EuRR-Bone Data Access Committee.

The on-line form is a smart form. Depending on the type of project you are planning, a sub-set of questions will open up. Please use these guides to help you prepare your application:

• Option 1 To assist with designing a new project
• Option 2 To perform a survey of participating centres
• Option 3 To obtain deidentified existing patient data from the registry
• Option 4 Any other project

Data Dictionary – Data Request Justification section
Questions 24 and 25 require you to specify and justify the data elements requested. Please complete the relevant section of the Data Dictionary to specify and justify these data. Then send by e-mail upon submission of the online Data Request Form.
